The Department of Agriculture,Land Reform and Rural Development invites well established suppliers of goat milking and processing equipment to submit bids for the supply,delivery and installation of equipment for a project at Rietrivier Research Station.
BID NUMBER: NC/DALO/0586: SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF GOAT MILKING EQUIPMENT AT RIETRIVIER RESEARCH STATION (90/10 TENDER)
A compulsory site inspection and information meeting will be held at 1300hrs on 30 June 2010 at Rietrivier Research Station offices boardroom. Whilst traveling on the N12 road from Kimberley to Capetown, at about 51km after Kimberley and about 10km after Ritchie turn off, you will see a dirt road turning left and a sign board written Rietrivier Research Station. Take the dirt road left turn, cross the railway line and proceed for about 1km until you get to the offices. Tenderers are requested to meet Departmental officers at this point in the boardroom for a briefing at 1300hrs. At 1330hrs they will be led to the project site for a site inspection meeting. Failure to attend will lead to automatic disqualification and no Service Provider arriving after 1300hrs will be allowed into the meeting.
