1. Provide primary animal health services
2. Provide animal welfare standards for the keeping and/or slaughter of various animal species
3. Implement initiatives to promote animal welfare and disease awareness programmes.
4. Provide animal welfare compliance monitoring services.
5. Coordinate animal identification and traceability services.
